There are plenty of websites and companies out there that tell you to eat healthy and to exercise at least three times a week. You can find tons of recipes and workouts, diets that promise weight loss in one week, boot camps that get you physically in shape in like no time but what about that third dimension? Aren't we living in a 3-dimensional world? Shouldn't we have a third dimension? Let's see, so, we have the:

but what is the 3rd dimension, you ask? Well, that would be your:
3. Mind & Spirit
...and by that I am talking about your emotions, your feelings, your moods, your thoughts, your energy, your attitude to life... that kind of stuff! You can eat healthy all you want, you can exercise all you want but if you are still having bad thoughts, if you are still having a negative outlook on life, or if you are easily stressed out by problems and drama and it's been a while since you had a good laugh or felt happy and content, well, then you are still not well-rounded. If you ever wondered why you constantly feel stressed, why you feel exhausted by lunch time, why your neck and shoulders are tense and you keep getting headaches or keep getting sick or why everything just seems to go on your nerves and you are on the edge all the time, well, then you should take a good look at your mind and spirit. What is going on in your head? Are you trying to stay positive or are you getting sucked into the downward spiral of negativity? We all face problems and challenges during our life but how we handle them is up to you. That’s why: when life hands you lemons, make orange juice and let people wonder how you did it! Face your problems, analyze them, find the best solution possible and THRIVE! Use each road block as a stepping stone. Come out stronger each time you got knocked down.
